Full Job Description
A Brief Overview
Develops and manages detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners to increase and retain company membership. Creates and manages cross-functional project plan development and execution with a thorough understanding of the technical aspects and details of execution, developing technical aspects and follow-up of RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.

What you will do
  • Communicates direction for Prod Implementation processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Analyzes the performance of company programs and initiatives to assess progress against goals.
  • Establishes processes creating and managing cross-functional project plan development, implementation, and execution ensuring team members gain a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects and details of execution, including Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and detailed solutions.
  • Collaborates with multiple departments developing comprehensive company business unit strategies for customers within the healthcare and regulatory environment, concurrently progressing product vision and strategy for company systems.
  • Communicates team direction for solving customer needs, creating robust high-level business requirements, and delivering on product vision and strategy, taking into account system dynamics, and business implications, to produce optimal outcomes.
  • Approves departmental product and technical strategies to optimize key business partner relationships during product development and requirement sessions, ensuring close alignment with product purpose and key objectives.
  • Elevates project risks, communicating anticipated roadblocks or potential delays, subsequently recommending alternative solutions and associated team responsibilities in a timely manner that allows for minimization of potential project delays or unanticipated costs.
  • Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.

Education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $149,328.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
