What we offer

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing Technology, the Senior Manager, Marketing Product Technology will lead the roadmap and ongoing optimization of Mattamy's front-end digital sales experience. This includes the customer-facing website, Sitecore, Digizuite, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tools, Sales Centre merchandising technology, and the customer portal. Working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Technology, data, and external partners, this role will ensure Mattamy's digital channels are easy to use, discoverable, commercially effective, and aligned to the needs of homebuyers, homeowners, and sales teams.

What you'll do
  • Own and evolve the digital experience technology roadmap for Mattamy's front-end sales website, customer portal, Sales Centre merchandising tools, and related digital experience platforms.
  • Act as the product and technology lead for Sitecore and Digizuite, ensuring the platforms support content publishing, digital asset management, campaign execution, personalization, performance, and scalability.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve the online homebuyer journey, including community and home model content, lead capture, navigation, search, campaign landing pages, merchandising, and conversion opportunities.
  • Lead the strategy and optimization of SEO, AI-search readiness (GEO), and related discoverability tools to improve search performance, content effectiveness, and visibility across both traditional and emerging search experiences.
  • Drive the technology roadmap for Sales Centre merchandising, ensuring sales teams have accurate, engaging, and easy-to-use digital tools to support the customer experience in sales centres.
  • Lead the ongoing evolution of the customer portal, creating a seamless digital experience from initial home search through homeownership and post-purchase engagement.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, prioritization decisions, delivery plans, testing approaches, launch plans, and adoption activities.
  • Work with architecture, engineering, security, data, analytics, and vendor partners to ensure digital platforms are secure, integrated, supportable, measurable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
  • Use analytics, platform performance, SEO/GEO insights, customer feedback, and sales outcomes to identify opportunities and continuously improve the digital sales experience.
  • Accountable for improving key digital experience metrics including engagement, lead generation, conversion, search visibility, customer adoption, and platform performance.

What you bring
  • University degree in technology, business, digital product management, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, marketing technology, website platforms, digital merchandising, customer portals, or related technology delivery roles.
  • Strong experience with customer-facing digital sales or marketing platforms, including content management systems, digital asset management, SEO tools, website analytics, and customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Strong product ownership capability, including roadmap development, backlog management, prioritization, requirements definition, user story development, testing, release planning, and delivery through agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Technology, vendors, and data teams to improve digital customer journeys and enable measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, web performance, content operations, digital merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer portal usability.
  • A practical, outcomes-focused leadership style with strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, judgment, curiosity, and accountability.

Bonus points
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore, Digizuite, or similar enterprise CMS and digital asset management platforms.
  • Experience with GEO, SEO, web analytics, personalization, consent management, marketing automation, CRM integrations, or AI-enabled search and content optimization tools.
  • Experience supporting sales centre merchandising, digital signage, interactive displays, configurators, or other customer-facing sales enablement technology.
  • Homebuilding, real estate, B2C, retail, financial services, telecommunications, or other consumer-facing digital experience.
