Job DescriptionAs Senior Manager, Innovation Program you will manage all new Oracle Health and Life Sciences (OHLS) product validation activities within the Tiger Institute, ensuring new products are successfully validated prior to implementation in a production environment.
The role includes:
- Contributing to the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of new OHLS applications across the client.
- Contributing to the development of the overall new product roadmap, managing the testing and delivery of new OHLS products to the client, ensuring business and regulatory standards are achieved, and identifying cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management.
- Planning and directing the work of the project team and cross-functional support teams for one or more projects.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and estimates, providing analytical and operational mentorship to the project team, and ensuring client satisfaction for assigned projects.
- Coordinating clinician and user feedback on new OHLS product design and usability.
- Analyzing data, identifying functionality gaps, and recommending resolutions while contributing to process improvements and innovative strategies that support successful implementation and adoption of newly developed applications.
- Leadership aspects include mentoring employees and leading, directing, and reviewing the team's work to achieve operational or functional objectives.
- Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and organizational objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
- Understand and explain policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.
- You will also provide primary input and recommendations on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.
ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications- At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 5 years client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience
- At least 6 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- Must have experience with an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) solution
Preferred Qualifications- At least 5 years of people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5 years of work experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium applications
- 5 years of Healthcare IT work experience
- 3 years of experience directly working in an academic medical center setting
Expectations- Must reside in or around the Columbia, MO area
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours, as needed

QualificationsUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
