As the Senior Manager, Information Security, you will lead the strategy, architecture, and engineering efforts that strengthen our security posture across cloud and enterprise environments. This role provides the opportunity to influence security at scale, lead a high-performing team, and drive innovative solutions that reduce risk while enabling business growth.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the organization's security infrastructure and architecture strategy with a focus on scalable, secure-by-design solutions.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across AWS cloud environments, enterprise infrastructure, applications, and hybrid technology ecosystems.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of security controls, tools, platforms, and processes that protect enterprise systems, applications, users, and data.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security engineers and technical professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Partner closely with cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, DevOps, risk, compliance, and business teams to integrate security into architecture, development, and deployment practices.
  • Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend solutions that improve visibility, reduce risk, and strengthen security capabilities.
  • Lead complex security initiatives and cross-functional programs while managing technology roadmaps, vendor relationships, and security platform investments.


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7 years of Information Security experience or 10 years industry experience working in security.
  • Hands-on experience in Security Infrastructure Management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, which can be a combination of people and / or program leadership.
  • One or more industry security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC).
  • Deep knowledge of security infrastructure, cloud security architecture, and enterprise security engineering principles.
  • Strong hands-on experience securing AWS environments, including IAM, VPCs, security groups, network segmentation, encryption, logging, monitoring, detection, and cloud-native security services.
  • Experience leading security architecture or security engineering initiatives across enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, or hybrid environments.


Bonus Points
  • Master's degree in related field.
  • Preferred certification in CISM.
  • Experience leading cloud security architecture in a large, complex, or regulated environment and familiarity with modern security approaches including DevSecOps, Zero Trust, and infrastructure automation.

Work Location

This is a full-time, in-office position requiring five days per week in our Raleigh, NC office, designed to foster the collaboration and connection that fuel our best work.

Travel Requirement

This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year).
