SummaryThe Senior Manager, Influencer & Partnerships is Topstep's dedicated lead for influencer and creator marketing - responsible for building, shaping, and scaling a partnership ecosystem that drives awareness, trust, and connection with our traders and aspiring traders. This isn't a purely executional role. We're looking for someone who brings both strategic muscle and operational follow-through: someone who can help develop compelling influencer strategies and campaign concepts, collaborate closely with internal teams to bring them to life, and own the end-to-end execution of creator programs from ideation through reporting. This is an important role that will serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for Topstep's growing roster of influencer and creator partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Trader Partnership Strategy- Steward Topstep's influencer and creator strategy - from program design to roster development - ensuring Topstep connects with traders and aspiring traders in authentic, relevant ways.
- Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with creators across trader, finance, and cultural personas.
- Develop and manage trader advocacy programs that deepen community engagement and generate authentic organic content.
- Stay plugged into the creator economy, from new formats, to platform innovation, partnership models, and measurement, and bring those insights into Topstep's approach.
- Continuously push for fresh, creative ways to partner with creators beyond standard content integrations.
Campaign Ideation & Activation- Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams - social, community, brand, growth, content, product - to develop integrated influencer campaigns.

- Own end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, content development, approvals, and optimization.
Trader Ecosystem Development- Build relationships across the broader trader ecosystem - educators, communities, media, and emerging voices.
- Identify partnership opportunities and competitive activity; recommend where Topstep should participate, partner, or monitor.
- Support marketing leadership on select broader strategic partnerships as needed.
Program Operations- Build and maintain operational infrastructure: workflows, playbooks, tracking, compliance documentation, and partner payments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all creator and influencer relationships.
- Prior people-management experience strongly preferred; this role is expected to grow into a people management position in the near term.
Measurement & Optimization- Define success metrics and own performance reporting for influencer programs, in collaboration with marketing leadership and measurement.
- Contribute to measurement strategy - including how metrics and benchmarks are evolving across the influencer space.
- Monitor programs and recommend optimizations based on performance.
Qualifications- 5 + years of influencer and creator marketing experience - strategic, creative, and executional; end-to-end ownership required.
- Proven ability to shape influencer strategy and campaign concepts, not just execute against a plan.
- Deep familiarity with the influencer and creator economy - platforms, content formats, partnership models, impact measurement, and how the space is evolving.
- Trading, fintech, or financially-adjacent experience strongly preferred; futures or prop trading fluency is a meaningful differentiator.
- Creative thinker and strong collaborator - brings ideas to the table and works well across teams and with talent.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder; skilled at nurturing long-term partnerships with creators and internal stakeholders alike.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-sufficient across logistics, partner communications, compliance documentation, and operations.
- Influencer management platform experience (Sprout Influencer or comparable) preferred.
- Experience navigating compliance or regulated industries and content review workflows a plus.
