POSITION DESCRIPTION:

EnFin is seeking a Senior Manager, Incentive Revenue Operations to lead the incentive and grid program execution (e.g., IL Shines, VPP), ensuring eligibility, compliance, and optimization of program benefits. The Incentive Revenue Operations team is responsible for executing incentive and grid programs, monitoring pipeline performance, analyzing operational issues, and driving projects to funding-ready status to support timely incentive revenue realization across multiple incentive programs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to delivering results.

The Senior Manager will lead a high-performing team and serve as the central point of coordination between internal business verticals, technology teams, and external partners as a subject matter expert.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong rebates and incentives acumen, deep solar industry knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience building scalable processes that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and technology innovation.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee incentive and grid program execution (e.g., IL Shines, VPP), ensuring eligibility, compliance, and optimization of program benefits.


  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight for assigned resources, while supporting team expansion as the function grows.


  • Own the end-to-end execution of assigned incentive programs, including submission, tra cking, issue resolution, payment reconciliation, and closeout.


  • Develop and maintain incentive guides, process documentation, and tra ining materials to support standardized execution and continuous process improvement.


  • Manage assigned incentive pipelines to meet throughput, aging, and program deadline requirements.


  • Ensure project-level incentive data, documentation, application statuses, and payment information are accurately maintained within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and operational visibility.


  • Monitor incentive applications through approval and payment, perform QA/QC reviews, investigate issues impacting funding, and coordinate corrective actions and resubmissions.


  • Partner cross-functional with Partner Advisors, Asset Management, Sales, and Engineering, program adminis tra tors, utilities, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, gather required information, ensure timely incentive execution and funding.


  • Interpret new incentive requirements and implement operational changes, reporting updates, and dashboard enhancements to ensure ongoing compliance.


  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading indicators to proactively identify operational risks and performance gaps.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field or equivalent practical experience in operations, financial services, project management, or data-driven roles.


  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience including 6+ years of work experience in one or more of the following: solar or renewable energy, operations, project management, data management, financing, or financial services, B2B support, or CRM platforms, including data management, reporting, and workflow support and minimum of 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience.


  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.


  • Effective time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,


  • Ability to establish priorities and manage time to complete work with a proven tra ck record of meeting deadlines.


  • Experience coordinating with other teams and departments such as risk, capital markets, and Servicing.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.


  • Comfort working with SFDC (CRM), spreadsheets, portals, and operational tooling.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in solar, energy, fintech, or servicing operations preferred.


  • Understanding of Solar lending products.


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.


  • If applicable, the ability to travel when needed.


COMPENSATION:

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the anticipated annual base salary for this position is:

  • Zone 1 (Bay Area, NYC): $135,400 - $162,400


  • Zone 2 (CA, NJ, NY): $124,100 - $148,800


  • Zone 3 (All others): $112,800 - $135,300


The applicable salary range is based on the employee's primary work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other business-related factors.
