Duties: Analyze financial performance, trends, and prepare financial reports for decision-making, budgeting, and projections. Prepare financial reports (actuals, projections, budget), report optimization and support for decision-making process with relevant financial analyses. Consolidate financial data for recurrent reporting requirements and other market functions. Assess risk and create alternative for solutions and contingency places to meet financial targets. Advise finance community on like best-practice sharing, development of strong working relationship and support within the markets' finance community and key internal customers. Active support for Budget/Projection/Month End Close process. Support finance teams in implementation, problem-solving and reaching objectives. Participate in ad-hoc projects in support of various initiatives. Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience as a Financial and Investment Analyst or related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept no degree and four (4) years of related work experience as a Financial and Investment Analyst or related occupation.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:
• Configuring Financial Database Systems including SAP and Hyperion;
• Financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes using PowerBI;
• Communicating complex finance numbers in a persuasive manner to make them understandable by a diverse audience;
• Creating financial reporting templates to support collection, review, consolidation, and verification of market data and dynamic tool creation;
• Forecasting Operating Expenses (OPEX) and day-to-day actuals monitoring; and
• Streamlining process improvement activities.
