Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a Senior Manager, Operations Strategy & Transformation, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve business processes, strengthen operational performance, and drive meaningful change across the organization. You'll partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop strategic solutions, oversee project execution, and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Lead Strategic Business Initiatives
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and strategic projects by identifying operational needs, prioritizing initiatives, and developing actionable plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Remove barriers to execution, establish performance expectations, monitor outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Develop contingency plans and foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Manage Complex Projects
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through implementation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, resources, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate project planning activities, manage governance processes, track changes, and ensure critical issues are resolved effectively.
  • Monitor budgets, manage project costs, and provide regular updates, presentations, and executive-level reporting to stakeholders.
Drive Process Improvement & Business Transformation
  • Analyze current business processes, workflows, governance models, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build alignment, gain stakeholder buy-in, and ensure solutions are sustainable and executable.
  • Lead operational change initiatives and support adoption through effective communication, training, and performance measurement.
Lead Content & Communication Management Strategies
  • Oversee content management initiatives by prioritizing requests and ensuring high-quality content experiences across internal platforms.
  • Design, develop, automate, and maintain tools, templates, resources, and communication frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop engaging digital content that aligns with content governance standards and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor content effectiveness, conduct audits, and implement improvements to maintain quality, compliance, and user engagement.
Champion Change Management
  • Evaluate organizational needs and design change management strategies that improve adoption and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to simplify processes and support behavior change through appropriate tools, resources, training, and communications.
  • Monitor program performance against established metrics and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and results.
  • Identify post-implementation opportunities and drive enhancements that maximize business impact.
Develop Talent & Build High-Performing Teams

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
