The Opportunity:

CACI is currently seeking a Senior Manager I in support of a program whose initiative is aimed at combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. Additionally, we are focusing on integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation.

By joining this team, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the U.S. and our allies’ ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems. Your work will help ensure Warfighter readiness and the realization of future capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations.

  • Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources

  • Usually manage through subordinate supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or technical field (Computer, Electrical,  Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics and all other engineering majors), Environmental Engineering, Architectural, Civil, Meteorology/ Atmospheric Sciences.

  • 8 years of relevant experience

  • 12 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Desired:

  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. is highly valued.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
