About the Role

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Human Resources to support key product and growth organizations while serving as the Human Resources lead for the Los Angeles office. This role will partner closely with leaders across our LA-based teams as well as our Trading Card Games (TCG) and IT organizations to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, global environment.

This individual will also act as the primary onsite Human Resources partner for the LA office, supporting executives, leaders, and employees through high-impact employee experiences, organizational changes, and day-to-day people operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic HRBP for LA-based teams, TCG, and IT teams, partnering closely with team leaders.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve efficiency, streamline administrative processes, and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Work with HR leadership to coach leaders through growth, organizational change, performance management, and complex employee matters.
  • Use workforce data and insights to influence business and talent decisions.
  • Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, and terminations.
  • Act as the HR site lead for the Los Angeles office, supporting executives and employees across multiple functions.
  • Partner on employee engagement, onboarding, candidate experience, office planning, and site culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and other HR team partners to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support globally distributed teams across the US and UK while balancing the needs of multiple client groups.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent planning.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools and technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, create documentation, develop training resources, and support operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions using data and business insights.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity across multiple priorities.
  • Working knowledge of California employment law required; global experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required; SHRM or PHR certification preferred.


The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
