Senior Manager, Human Resources

Position Summary:

• Full time salaried position

• Onsite based out of our Malvern, PA location

Serve as the HR leader for the Malvern site and the global CSS Project Management function, providing strategic and operational HR partnership to drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes.

Catalent Micron Technologies Malvern facility specializes in particle size reduction technologies and integrated analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry. It is equipped with advanced systems to handle highly potent and cytotoxic compounds, and provide leading analytical services associated with particle size engineering and material characterization testing from early stage development to commercialization.

The Role:

• Lead all HR activities for the Malvern site, ensuring alignment to business priorities and corporate HR strategy

• Partner with global Project Management leadership to deliver consistent, scalable HR support across the CSS PM organization

• Act as a trusted advisor to site and functional leaders on talent, organisation design, and workforce strategy

• Partner with global PM leadership to execute talent strategy

• Support organisational design and capability development

• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies

• Deliver consistent performance and succession frameworks globally

• Provide guidance on employee relations and change across regions

• 20% annual global travel expectations

• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advance degree, preferred

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience

• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferred

• Strong employment law and HR expertise

• Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
