Description Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology and solutions design, including Workday Core HR, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Security
- 3+ years of Workday reporting experience
- 1+ years of proven people leadership experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tracking multiple projects and pivoting as needed between projects and from high-level to detailed viewpoints
- Ability to manage projects across all phases including scope, requirements, configuration, process definition, deployment and delivery
- Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems by adopting and leveraging technologies to their full potential
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Qualifications About the job: The Senior Manager - HCM Solutions Architect serves as the Solution Design Authority for a designated functional domain within the HR Solutions ecosystem. This role designs end-to-end, scalable, and integrated solutions across Workday and adjacent platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Phenom, Peakon), ensuring architectural integrity, cross-domain alignment, and long-term sustainability. The Architect maintains forward-looking roadmap awareness, proactively proposes domain evolution strategies, and ensures alignment between business priorities and architectural standards.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities: - Design end-to-end solutions across Workday and related platforms, define architectural standards, guardrails, and integration patterns, and serve as final design authority for high-impact initiatives
- Lead architectural discovery sessions, oversee solution lifecycle, and own project-level solution governance for major initiatives.
- Evaluate cross-domain dependencies and downstream impacts to ensure solution integrity and alignment across HR, Payroll, and Digital Technology.
- Provide structured project management oversight for complex domain initiatives, ensuring coordination and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Proactively identify architectural enhancements and future-state capabilities aligned to 3-5-year domain roadmap, and partner with HR COEs to shape domain solution priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating technical architecture into business value and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Provide people leadership through mentoring SMEs, elevating architectural rigor, and developing next-level talent capability within the team.
