Job Details

The Senior Manager will partner with the General Manager and human resources, proactively communicating and ensuring compliance with all reporting and operation requirements. The Senior Manager will facilitate and manage the client site and key operational procedures assigned to the business needs. The Senior Manager shall also utilize tools provided by the General Manager and HR such as the statement of work, recruiting plan, and Microsoft Office Sheets, driving effective technical solutions. Additionally, as the Senior Manager, you are the owner of all guard performance at the Client's sites. You will manage a multimillion-dollar security operation with a business owner mindset, ensuring high productivity, risk-aligned deployment, cost efficiency, and premium service delivery.

The "buck stops here" with you-every aspect of guard force readiness, compliance, and service quality is under your oversight. Your performance-based compensation is directly linked to quantifiable KPIs aligned with ESRM continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities: Guard Force Operations & Performance Management

  • Owns guard force effectiveness, ensuring all Prosegur personnel meet contractual KPIs.
  • Monitors risk-based guard deployment, ensuring alignment with the Client's security needs.
  • Conducts real-time performance tracking via technology (PACS, VMS, Workforce Management Solution).
  • Implements incident response optimization, reducing reaction times & improving guard coordination.


Business & Financial Leadership

  • Oversee contract budget, ensuring cost efficiency & operational optimization.
  • Implements strategic staffing models to reduce staffing waste and inefficiencies.
  • Manages performance outcomes to align with optimized staffing deployment.


Compliance, Risk Management & Training

  • Promotes compliance with industry best practices such as ASIS PAP.1-2012, PSC.1-2012, and ISO 18788 standards.
  • Conducts post audits, patrol tracking, and continuous service validation.
  • Manages Prosegur's guard training & development program, ensuring all guards meet or exceeds the Client's security standards.


Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Acts as the primary Prosegur-Client liaison, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Leads monthly and quarterly KPI reviews with client leadership.
  • Engages in continuous security improvement initiatives aligned with the Client's ESRM strategy.
  • Participates in the development of the Client's Employee Guard Performance Survey.


Additional Duties:

  • Work with leadership to adapt and apply for Prosegur initiatives and programs in a manner that supports local business needs.
  • Communicate and demonstrate support for Prosegur decisions even if not consistent with own point of view.
  • Partner with local HR team on special projects and assignments


Qualifications:
