Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:The Senior Manager of Transactions is the end-to-end owner responsible for operating, maintaining, and evolving the transaction experience of our eCommerce business. This leader will be accountable for how Members understand, navigate, and complete a transaction - from cart actions through checkout, payment, and confirmation.
We are looking for an experienced, specialized eCommerce professional who possesses a deep understanding of the transactional ecosystem and a proven track record of optimizing large-scale buy funnels. You are a strategic thinker and operational powerhouse, capable of partnering across complex matrixed teams to deliver a trusted, seamless transactions experience.
What you'll do: - Lead Transactions Strategy: Champion the strategic vision, translating business objectives into executable roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own the End-to-End Funnel: Drive daily operation of the transaction flow, including cart behavior, checkout, payments, and recovery paths.
- Lead Matrixed Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Fraud, Identity, and Payments to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Drive Data & Experimentation: Accountable for core metrics: add-to-cart, cart progression, cart completion, and conversion rate.
- Maximize Operational Health: Monitor buy-funnel health, identifying friction points and implementing systemic resolutions to safeguard conversion.
- Advance Capabilities: Implement personalization signals and AI-assisted workflows to streamline the buy flow.
What you'll bring: - 5+ years of experience operating and managing an eCommerce site operation, focused on optimizing the buy funnel
- 2+ years of direct ownership over Cart, Checkout, or Payments platforms, translating business and consumer needs into actionable requirements and executable roadmaps
- Proven analytical capability and mindset. Comfort with large datasets, running A/B tests, and deriving insights from core metrics like add-to-cart, cart progression, and conversion rate
- Strong understanding of event-driven systems, APIs, and complex backend integrations (Fraud, Promotions, Fulfillment)
- Demonstrated experience navigating highly matrixed environments, influencing without direct authority, and making high-stakes prioritization decisions across stakeholder groups

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
