This role sits at the center of how we understand customer behavior, diagnose business performance, and guide growth strategy across the Creative Professional portfolio. What You'll Need to Succeed - 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field, with strong business facing experience - 4+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing high performing teams of analysts or data scientists - Strong understanding of digital funnels, subscription businesses, product-led growth, customer engagement, conversion, and ARR-based business models. - Demonstrated ability to connect customer behavior, product usage, funnel performance, and financial outcomes into a clear business narrative. - Experience running business performance cadences, including weekly executive reviews, performance diagnostics, target tracking, and insight generation. - Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing senior collaborators across Finance, Marketing, Product, GTM, and Sales. - Solid foundation in analytics and data science methods, including experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling. - Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, along with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred, such as Master's in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. At Adobe, you'll lead a team that directly influences the growth of Creative Cloud and Firefly-products central to how customers create and bring ideas to life.
