Job Summary:
The RoW Monetization Sr Manager for PayPal will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and operational initiatives that drive ARPA Accretion in all markets outside of USA and increase PayPal's share of wallet
PayPal large Consumer base represents an opportunity to increase revenue by increasing PayPal's products penetration and Check out share of wallet. This Leader will lead the execution of all ARPA growth initiatives E2E globally outside of USA and will design the strategy to move customers from casual buyers to power users
This job drives ARPA and revenue growth by leading E2E with cross-functional partners , develops business strategy, influences product outcomes, aligns product/promo levers, engages with product and marketing teams, represents the end customer, and collaborates with stakeholders.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design and define the portfolio strategy for an identified country, supporting the execution of local product priorities, and analyzing and interpreting product performance.
• Implement hands-on execution coordination of local and global cross functional initiatives.
• Manage process escalations to remove obstacles for the strategy execution while proposing and supporting change implementation to strategy
• Collaborate and define priorities based on global commercial product strategy
• Research new opportunities and establish and negotiate new partnerships
• Engage with ongoing partners regularly, improving relationships and operational efficiencies
• Direct, set, and define customized market/regional specific product and technology strategies
• Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee the delivery of key product and platform infrastructures
• Set strategic direction and roadmap to enhance product experience and business metrics

Expected Qualifications:

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

This leader will increase ARPA by focusing on the RoW Consumer Base monetization

• Increasing the penetration of our services including P2P, Checkout, Subscriptions, BNPL, Financial services ( debit card, credit card), crossborder remittance ( XOOM)
• Increasing share of wallet or Check out activity by customer. Moving customers from casual buyers to power users

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
