A Day in Your Life at MKS:

The Global Senior Manager of Leadership Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling leadership development strategies that build strong, future-ready leaders across the organization. This role partners closely with senior executives, HR business partners, and talent leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and deliver impactful programs that strengthen the leadership pipeline globally. Additionally, this role will own, manage, and deploy our current high-potential leadership programs as well as build out the strategic roadmap and development of future programs.  

This position plays a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, shaping leadership culture, and enabling business strategy through high-quality learning experiences and talent initiatives.

In this role, you will report to the Director, Global Talent Management.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs at scale in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of leadership frameworks, adult learning principles, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience working with senior executives and influencing at the leadership level.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., coaching certification, OD credentials).
  • Experience with learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Synthesia, Canva).
  • Experience with leadership assessments and psychometric tools (e.g., 360s, Hogan, Korn Ferry).
  • Background in change management or culture transformation initiatives.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time

  • Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination

  • Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand

This position is HYBRID and within commutable distance to our location in Andover, MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Pay Range: $135,000 - $225,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. 

  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].

  • Benefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, [6 weeks fully paid] parental leave, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement [and for participation in any stock programs, signing bonus, etc.
