Description & Requirementsabout this teamThe Global Digital Technology organization is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager of Global Digital Technology Operations to partner closely with the SVP and leadership team. The role sits at the center of a large, high-visibility technology portfolio-spanning Digital, Retail, Guest, Educator, Marketing, and Order Management-and turns strategic priorities into coordinated action. It drives operational rigor, strengthens executive decision-making, and ensures clarity and alignment across a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment by connecting strategy, planning, communications, financial stewardship, and execution.
This leader thrives in complexity, influences without authority, and is the intersection of people, process, and technology. The role requires navigating ambiguity, linking details to enterprise-level context, and building trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. It also includes leading a team of program managers, project managers, to elevate execution, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
core responsibilities- Partner with the SVP and leadership team to prioritize, translate and strategic priorities into clear operating plans, measurable outcomes, and coordinated execution across Digital, Retail, Guest, Educator, Marketing, and Order Management Technology teams
- Serve as a central coordination point for key partners across the technology organization, including FP&A, People & Culture, Legal, Facilities, Communications, and other enterprise teams.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans that drive measurable outcomes and coordinated execution across all technology domains.
- Lead the organization's rhythm of business including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, operating cadences, and strategic offsites.
- Manage the annual technology operating and communications calendar to ensure alignment at key decision and planning moments.
- Prioritize and organize critical issues for the SVP to enable timely, well informed executive decision making.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations by framing trade offs, surfacing risks and opportunities, and supporting prioritization across competing needs.
- Coordinate cross functional initiatives by partnering with VP teams and stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure follow through on commitments.
- Develop executive ready narratives and communications that articulate strategy, progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
- Use insights, OKRs, and performance metrics to monitor progress, strengthen accountability, and inform data driven decisions.
- Support financial planning and investment decisions by partnering with FP&A and technology leaders on budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
- Strengthen organizational health and engagement by monitoring sentiment, enabling culture initiatives, leading engagement moments, and building strong cross team relationships.
qualifications- 10+ years of experience in technology business operations, program management, strategic planning, chief of staff-style leadership, or a related function within a complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience supporting senior technology executives and leadership teams, with the ability to translate strategy into operating mechanisms, planning processes, communications, governance, and measurable execution.
- Demonstrated success operating in highly cross-functional environments with broad stakeholder complexity, including technology, product, business, finance, people, communications, and enterprise support functions.
- Strong executive presence and judgment, with the ability to influence without direct authority, build trust quickly, and navigate sensitive priorities with discretion and maturity.
- Experience leading organization-wide rhythm of business activities, including annual planning, leadership meetings, business reviews, strategic offsites, operating calendars, and governance cadences.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational work to business value across retail, digital, guest, educator, and enterprise technology priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to create clarity from ambiguity, synthesize incomplete information, frame trade-offs, and help leaders prioritize in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience using OKRs, scorecards, performance metrics, resource plans, budgets, and business insights to inform recommendations and decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft concise, executive-ready presentations, narratives, updates, and messaging for senior leaders and broad organizational audiences.
- Experience building strong partnerships with FP&A, People & Culture, Legal, Communications, Facilities, and other enterprise functions to enable planning, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to lead governance, coordination, and execution across decentralized or federated organizations with multiple leadership stakeholders and interdependencies.
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing program managers, project managers, business analysts, or business operations professionals.
- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Teams, SharePoint, and related planning, reporting, and collaboration platforms.

$144,100-$189,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
