Scopely is looking for a
Senior Manager, Global Compensation Programs to join our Total Rewards team in the United States.
What You Will DoThis is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and operations: you'll partner closely with senior leaders and People Business Partners (PBPs) to ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and built to support Scopely's continued exponential growth. The right person brings equal parts analytical rigor and stakeholder savvy, and knows how to turn complex data into decisions that move the business forward.
SF/LA-based role with travel to Mexico; reports to the Vice President of Compensation.
- Responsible for development, design, planning and project management of compensation programs and processes for global compensation programs
- Manage the global compensation programs & projects to work closely with compensation team members and HR partners across the company.
- Collaborate with the Systems team on tool strategy, build, improvements, and enhancements
- Identify processes, programs or capabilities that could benefit from automation, process enhancements or re-engineering
- Drive end-to-end consistency across programs and train resources
- Ensure tools and subject matter experts are leveraged in scaling compensation planning, annual cycles and comp program automation
- Remain current on global compensation technical solutions and market best practices; introduce innovative solutions to enhance internal programs
- Lead global market analysis exercises; being an expert in major external survey methodologies and having deep insights into market data utilization globally
- Convert data outcomes into insights and executive-ready presentations to senior leaders
- Develop compensation dashboards that provide actionable insights to leaders
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing programs and processes and recommend revisions that maintain competitiveness, pay equity and fiscal responsibility
What We're Looking For - 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
- 3+ years of experience leading compensation programs and operations, including annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, salary structures, incentive plans, equity programs, job levelling, or related compensation initiatives.
- Outstanding communicator who can translate complex compensation data into clear, compelling narratives for audiences ranging from HR partners to senior executives.
- Strong analytical horsepower, with experience building models, interpreting complex data sets, and turning ambiguous data into clear, data-informed compensation recommendations.
- Skilled stakeholder manager who builds trust with cross-functional partners, navigates competing priorities across teams and geographies, and drives alignment from concept through execution.
- Experience advising senior-level individual contributors, people managers, and business leaders across multiple functions.
- Proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrixed organization with competing deadlines.
Bonus Points - Prior experience managing, mentoring, or coaching team members; comfort leading others through ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$137,700-$202,000 USD
