The Accounting Systems team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to be a part of the Controller organization's transformative journey towards becoming trusted and valued business partners delivering Financial Results in an entirely new way through best-in-class people, processes and innovation.

As the Senior Manager, Accounting Systems & Finance Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading system integrations, driving process efficiency, and shaping the future roadmap of our financial platforms. Supported by a dedicated Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Leadership: Act as the Finance Lead for key initiatives involving S/4HANA Retail and SAP BW, including the SvA solution for automated revenue and COGS recognition.
• Finance-IT Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Operations, and Finance, coordinating business requirements and overseeing testing to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Business Partnering: Advise stakeholders, analyze financial data flows, and support strategic decision-making.
• Finance Transformation: Lead process optimization, automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Systems Roadmap & Evolution: Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap of SAP financial platforms.
• Platform Governance & Support: Own Finance-side support of key platforms and ensure effective system governance.
• Process & Data Optimization: Enhance financial processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain a strong control environment and support internal and external audits.
• People Leadership: Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team.
• Portfolio Adaptability: Support emerging priorities across the Accounting Systems portfolio as business needs evolve.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent finance experience is considered an asset.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, Information systems/IT or related areas.
• ERP Implementation Project experience is an asset.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with S/4HANA in a retail organization, SAP BW, and similar financial systems is considered a key asset.
• Experience with Project Management is an asset.
• Experience with automation, AI, machine learning, or data analytics tools is an asset.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
