Our Financial Services practice is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join the team.

As part of an industry leading consulting organization, we partner with leading financial institutions, to create and execute sustainable strategies across their businesses. We work across corporate, retail and private and investment banking to deliver long lasting change. Our clients include global investment banks, global transaction banks, leading high-street banks, mid-market players, growing digital banking providers, a range of private banking firms and other financial institutions such as global financial markets infrastructure companies.

What you will be doing
  • Shaping and delivering largescale technology and digital transformation programs, supporting our clientson their transformation journeys
  • Maximizing business value forour clients through the definition and delivery of effective digital,technology and data projects. We see strong demand in the market for pragmatic,delivery focused consultants who are capable of leading teams, and have theability to adapt to hybrid delivery models (e.g. waterfall and agile).
  • Alongside client delivery, youwill develop our thinking through industry horizon scanning and research andhelping us grow our business and Banking and Markets practice
  • Supporting our clients and thegrowth of our Financial Services sector

Your skills and experience
  • 8+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in Financial Services
  • Experience working within the digital and technology functions of Financial Services and Banking and Markets organizations with demonstrable experience of developing and executing bank-wide digital strategies, understanding of different technologies and wider market digital ecosystem
  • Experience across one of the following domain areas: Retail, Commercial and Corporate banking product knowledge (propositions, channels, operations, and technologies), and/or Capital Markets product knowledge (across asset classes, trade lifecycle and booking systems/models)
