PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide clear, actionable insights through financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis to department leaders to support data-driven decision-making and planning
Partner with business unit managers to ensure day-to-day financial decisions align with organizational priorities and ROI targets
Maintain and optimize financial systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms for maximum transparency and efficiency
Manage key business reporting and analytics across operations to identify areas for improved financial health and process efficiency
Develop, maintain, and report on key financial KPIs and dashboards that track operational performance against strategic goals
Evaluate and streamline cross-functional processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability across teams
