This role be located in our Greenville, SC office or Cleveland, OH. We offer a flexible schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day virtual.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a national field service organization supporting startup, commissioning, maintenance, warranty, repair, and training services.
- Manage internal personnel, contractors, and Authorized Service Centers across North America.
- Oversee Dual-Lite service operations, including startup services, warranty support, maintenance programs, and service partner performance.
- Administer recurring revenue programs, including Daintree DCS SaaS subscriptions, service agreements, maintenance contracts, and extended warranties.
- Serve as business owner for ConnectWise and service management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and customer visibility.
- Develop and lead training, certification, and workforce development programs for service personnel and partners.
- Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, process improvements, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Warranty, and Customer Experience teams to support customer success and business objectives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in field service, service operations, technical support, or related functions.
- Experience leading distributed teams, contractors, or third-party service organizations.
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM and service management platforms required; ConnectWise experience preferred.
- Background in lighting controls, emergency lighting, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or related technologies preferred.
CompensationThe position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $140,000-$178,000.
