This role is part of the Collins Aerospace Operations Technology & Advancement Program Management organization. The Senior Program Manager will lead crossfunctional initiatives that modernize operations through Industry 4.0, Advanced Manufacturing technologies, digital solutions, anddatadrivendecision making. In this role, you will partner across Collins and broader RTX businesses to advance operationalcapability, drive productivity, and deliver measurable cost savings through process improvements and technologyenabled transformation. You willberesponsible forprojectplanning and execution ofscope, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in manufacturing environments, enthusiasm for advancing Collins Operations capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Communicate effectively withOperations and executive leadership, providing clarity on priorities, risks, and progress.
Lead all program phases frominceptionthrough completion, including customer interface,requirements alignment, and manage the schedule, risks, and opportunities.
QualificationsYou Must Have:
TypicallyrequiresaUniversityDegreeand a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience; or, in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
