Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

NCR Voyix is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Search & Corporate Functions to lead our global executive recruiting strategy while overseeing corporate functions hiring across North America and Latin America. This highly visible leadership role partners directly with executive leaders to identify and attract exceptional talent that will shape the future of our business.

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility, this role is responsible for leading executive search engagements globally while serving as the strategic recruiting leader for Corporate Functions across NAMER and LATAM. You'll lead a high-performing team while remaining hands-on in some of the company's most critical and high profile searches. This is an opportunity to build world-class leadership teams, influence organizational strategy, and make a significant impact on the future leadership of NCR Voyix.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead executive search engagements globally, with a focus on Director, Vice President, and executive-level hiring.
• Oversee recruiting for Corporate Functions across North America and Latin America, partnering with business leaders across Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Strategy, Communications, and other corporate organizations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of executive and corporate recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, influencing hiring decisions through talent strategy, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
• Personally manage complex, confidential, and high-impact searches from strategy and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Build proactive executive talent pipelines through market mapping, research, networking, and relationship management.
• Deliver an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience throughout the executive hiring process.
• Manage external executive search partners as needed and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Represent NCR Voyix's brand and values with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of executive search or leadership recruiting experience, including recruiting Director-level and above talent.
• Experience within an executive search firm and/or an in-house executive recruiting function required.
• Experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, or digital commerce organizations strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in executive sourcing, talent mapping, research, and market intelligence.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and successfully close senior-level talent.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiting teams.
• Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite executives and senior business leaders on strategic hiring initiatives.
• Ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be based in Atlanta and able to work onsite five days per week.
