Opportunity OverviewThis role is responsible for providing essential support for senior leaders and their respective functions by managing and enhancing accountability processes for ongoing activities and key initiatives within and outside the firm. The role will oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure alignment of department with broader organizational goals. Facilitates communication between leadership and various teams by prioritizing issues to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic administrative support to senior leaders, contributing to decision-making processes and supporting strategic planning Drive the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, deadlines are met, and deadlines are achieved Develop and implement performance metrics, conducting regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes Partner with others to resolve non-critical/non-complex topics directly and prioritize capacity and availability of the senior leader Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with others to advance function objectives of the leader Strategically engage and inform stakeholders throughout project lifecycles Gain threshold level of understanding of functional responsibilities of leader
Position Requirements- 6-10 years of experience supporting senior leaders, driving strategic initiatives, and managing cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives while aligning with broader business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Proven ability to drive execution and deliver results through strong project and process management
- Ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across teams and functions
- Experience facilitating strategic planning discussions and translating outcomes into actionable next steps
- Ability to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona, a minimum of four days per week
