Senior Manager, Enterprise Services M&A Integration & Separation (P5)

What You Will Do:
  • Manage defined workstreams within acquisition integration and divestiture separation programs, developing clear plans, timelines, and dependencies, and partnering with ES M&A leadership to align functional milestones to overall objectives and financial targets while driving deliverables, resolving issues, and removing execution obstacles.
  • Proactively assess integration and separation activities, identifying emerging risks and developing Day-1 readiness, TSA, cutover, and system/process plans that include contingency or corrective actions to address scope changes, budget variances, and other execution issues.
  • Work with ES M&A leaders to escalate risks or gaps to Enterprise Services and deal team leadership in a timely manner.
  • Maintain key program artifacts (project trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, checklists, status reports) with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Facilitate working sessions, cross-functional meetings, and status updates, driving accountability and helping stakeholders close open items.
  • Conduct analyses to support decision-making, such as TSA scoping, cost tracking, dependency mapping, and integration/separation scenario evaluation.
  • Contribute to strengthening ES M&A CORE maturity by promoting existing tools, capturing best practices, identifying process improvement opportunities, and enhancing the M&A Playbook and associated templates.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Experience in M&A integration, divestiture separation, corporate development, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions and resolve issues.
  • Ability to drive progress and influence without direct authority.
