As an owner of Imperial Brady's Value Chain Creation Plan, the
Director of Integration Program Management will partner directly with HR, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of integrations and real estate rationalization. You will lead steering committees, provide rigorous governance, and drive successful project delivery across all stakeholders.
Compensation Range: $180,000 to $220,000 + BonusSalary range reflects the Jersey City, NJ market & compensation may vary based on geographic location
YOU WILL- Own the end-to-end integration and consolidation plan for assigned sites or ERP workstreams - managing sequencing, critical paths, and go-live readiness from kickoff through stabilization
- Partner closely with HR on workforce transitions, IT on business-side ERP cutovers, Operations and Supply Chain on warehouse readiness and inventory transfers, and Finance on cost-to-achieve and synergy tracking
- Run a structured operating cadence (working teams, steering committees, site leadership), maintain live risk logs, and provide executive leadership with a single, credible portfolio view
- Act as the primary, calm point of contact for site-level leadership and employees during periods of significant change, preventing unplanned talent attrition or service disruption
- Lead post-integration stabilization and identify opportunities to continuously improve integration playbooks and best practices
YOU HAVE- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5-10+ years of experience in program management, M&A integration, or operations leadership, with direct experience in facility consolidations, site closures, or business-side ERP integrations (distribution, industrials, or PE-backed environments strongly preferred)
- Proven cross-functional influence and change-management expertise, successfully coordinating complex multi-workstream programs
- Robust governance and financial fluency to run steering-committee-ready reporting, track synergy realization, and manage PMO tooling
- PMP or equivalent certification a plus
