Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYThe Senior Manager, Enterprise Partnerships is a key member of the US & Canada Integrated Marketing team, responsible for activating and executing enterprise partnership marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, loyalty engagement, brand awareness, and business performance. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Partnerships Marketing, this role serves as the primary execution lead for US & Canada enterprise partnership activations across categories including airlines, financial services, rideshare, beverage, retail, travel services, and other strategic enterprise partnerships. Current and future partnership categories may include organizations such as Visa, American Express, Starbucks, Uber, Coca-Cola, airlines, car rental providers, and other enterprise partners. This position is responsible for translating partnership strategies into fully integrated marketing campaigns and activation plans across owned, paid, earned, CRM, digital, loyalty, experiential, and partner channels. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and external partners to ensure partnership commitments are executed with excellence and deliver measurable business results.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing, integrated marketing, brand marketing, consumer marketing, loyalty marketing, sponsorship marketing, agency, or related disciplines.
Preferred
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns and partnership activations.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and working effectively in matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, social media, paid media, experiential marketing, and loyalty marketing.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and communicate results.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIESEnterprise Partnership Activation & Execution - Lead activation and pull-through of US & Canada enterprise partnership strategies developed by the Senior Director, Enterprise Partnerships Marketing.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting enterprise partnerships across categories including airlines, financial services, rideshare, retail, beverage, travel services, and other strategic partnerships.
- Translate partnership agreements and marketing objectives into actionable activation plans and detailed project timelines.
- Collaborate with US/CAN cross functional team to execute campaigns.
- Manage campaign development and execution from planning through launch and post-campaign reporting.
- Support limited-time offers, promotions, customer acquisition campaigns, loyalty initiatives, events, and partner marketing efforts.
- Ensure activation plans align with Marriott Bonvoy brand standards, creative strategy, and business objectives.
- Manage execution of contractual marketing obligations and partner deliverables.
Integrated Marketing Campaign Management - Develop comprehensive activation plans across owned, paid, earned, social, CRM, digital, loyalty, partner, and experiential channels.
- Brief and coordinate internal and external agency partners to support campaign development and execution.
- Develop campaign briefs, activation plans, messaging frameworks, and marketing toolkits.
- Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure campaigns are customer-centric, insight-driven, and relevant to US & Canada audiences.
- Support development of sales-facing and property-facing communications and activation resources.
Cross-Functional Partnership Management - Serve as a day-to-day marketing lead for enterprise partnership activations across internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Global Partnerships, Loyalty Marketing, Sales, Paid Media, Social Media, Public Relations, Creative, Digital, Omnichannel Marketing, Brand, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, project reviews, planning sessions, and activation workstreams.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams and agencies to ensure successful execution.
- Track and manage activation schedules, partner commitments, approvals, and deliverables.
- Oversee day-to-day budget management for marketing programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility, timely invoicing, and adherence to Marriott processes and controls.
Loyalty, CRM & Digital Integration - Ensure enterprise partnerships are integrated into Marriott Bonvoy loyalty marketing efforts where appropriate.
- Collaborate with CRM, Loyalty, and Digital teams to develop member-focused acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
- Support activation within Marriott's app, website, email, SMS, and loyalty ecosystems.
- Coordinate partner customer engagement opportunities that drive consideration, enrollment, engagement, and conversion.
Planning, Measurement & Optimization - Manage campaign budgets and activation resources for assigned partnerships.
- Track performance against established KPIs and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate post-campaign recaps and performance reporting.
- Partner with analytics teams to gather insights and identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and performance summaries for leadership and partner reviews.
- Support annual planning and prioritization exercises for enterprise partnership initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication & Leadership - Develop presentations, updates, and business reviews for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and executional excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Act as an ambassador for Marriott Bonvoy and Marriott's enterprise partnership ecosystem.
