Senior Manager, Enterprise Automation

The Enterprise Automation team works to identify both organizational and persona-based opportunities for efficiency gains within the organization through the deployment of automation and AI. All intake is prioritized based on value, and alignment to strategic initiatives, with the work occurring through quarterly product roadmap planning.
core responsibilities
• Lead the Enterprise Centre of Automation across RPA, Copilot M365, productivity and agentic based automation, and AI LLM enablement. This includes overseeing intake, governance, delivery, adoption, KPI measurement and ongoing maintenance and support.
• Define and manage the automation and AI LLM productivity strategy (long and short term), roadmap, operating model, annual priorities, and investment recommendations.
• Own portfolio prioritisation across automation and AI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, strategic alignment, enterprise readiness, risk, and capacity.
• Lead enterprise rollout and enablement of AI productivity tools, including AI tools and related Power Platform capabilities.
• Partner with Technology, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Communications, Change Management, and business teams to align and deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
• Manage and own budget strategy including CAPEX/OPEX planning, trade-offs, resourcing recommendations, and funding alignment.
• Manage vendor and external partner engagements, including RFPs, SOWs, scope, timelines, deliverables, commercial alignment, and value realisation.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks, prioritisation conflicts, governance issues, technical blockers, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Provide people leadership for a blended team of FTEs, contractors, product managers, business analysts, project managers, and technical delivery partners.
• Set and monitor KPIs across various workstreams, including adoption, delivery performance, productivity gains, savings, and continuous improvement.
• Lead executive and senior stakeholder engagement, translating technical and emerging AI topics into business outcomes and securing alignment on priorities, funding, and decisions.
• Drive change management, adoption, communications, training, and stakeholder readiness for new automation and AI capabilities across business units.
• Shape the evolution of the automation function from traditional RPA into a broader Intelligent Automation and Enterprise Productivity capability.
qualifications
• 10+ years in program leadership, product management, or enterprise transformation
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale AI, data, or automation initiatives
• Exceptional organization, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent executive presentation skills for technical topics. Have demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers on complex topics
• Strong experience working with external partners / system integrators
• Deep understanding of:
• Change management and adoption
• Governance and risk in technology deployments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across large organisations

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$145,000 - $190,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
