The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Team leadership and workflow management: Manage, mentor and support the eDiscovery Analyst Team, including work allocation, coaching, quality review, training, capacity monitoring and contribution to performance and development discussions.
- eDiscovery lifecycle execution: Provide senior technical support across the EDRM, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production of electronically stored information.
- Relativity and platform administration: Administer and oversee RelativityOne workspaces, including scripting, permissions, fields, views, layouts, searches, indexes, batches, coding panels, analytics, productions and workspace maintenance.
- Analytics and review optimization: Design, execute and validate analytics workflows, including email threading, near-duplicate identification, concept clustering, categorization, structured analytics, TAR/CAL and other machine-learning or AI-assisted review workflows.
- Quality control and defensibility: Develop and apply quality control protocols for data processing, loading, searching, analytics, privilege protection, confidentiality, privacy, production and deliverables.
- Cloud tool usage, cost and vendor management: Monitor usage of cloud-based eDiscovery tools and workspaces to support cost control, efficient storage practices, timely archival, database close-out, defensible data retention and appropriate use of platform functionality. Work with vendors to ensure efficient and cost effective service delivery.
- IT and governance collaboration: Work with BLG IT, Information Security, Privacy and other business services teams to ensure eDiscovery platforms and workflows operate efficiently while complying with Firm technology, security, privacy and data governance policies.
- Stakeholder support and training: Provide practical guidance and troubleshooting to internal eDiscovery Team on eDiscovery workflows, Relativity functionality, analytics, review design and production requirements.
- Process improvement and innovation: Partner with eDiscovery leadership to develop best practices, standard operating procedures, templates, reporting, workflow improvements and recommendations for new or enhanced eDiscovery tools.
What you will bring to this role:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent practical experience supporting the essential requirements of the role.
- Minimum eight (8) years of hands-on eDiscovery, litigation support, digital evidence management or similar experience, ideally in a law firm, professional services firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating the work of analysts, litigation support professionals, vendors or project teams.
- Advanced knowledge of RelativityOne, including processing and ingestion, workspace administration, analytics, productions and database maintenance.
- Strong understanding of the EDRM and defensible eDiscovery methodologies, including collection, processing, review, analytics, production, privilege protection and data disposition.
- Experience with analytics and machine-learning strategies, including TAR/CAL, email threading, near-duplicate detection and review optimization.
- Familiarity with other commonly used ESI processing and review platforms is an asset.
- Relativity Certified Administrator, Relativity Analytics Specialist or similar certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office and common enterprise data sources, with familiarity with collaboration tools, cloud repositories and emerging generative AI tools.
- Excellent client service orientation, judgment, organization, time management, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration and consultation skills, with the ability to translate legal, technical and operational requirements for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively while delivering practical, repeatable and defensible solutions.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on level of experience, region/location, and other factors.
