Full Job Description
The Role

We are currently searching for a Senior Manager, Draught Services, reporting to the Regional Vice-President, Logistics. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Senior Manager, Draught Services is responsible for leading and optimizing all draught service operations to achieve and exceed financial, operational, and customer service objectives in alignment with corporate strategy. This role provides full oversight of warehouse, transportation, fleet, service, installation, line cleaning, brewer fulfillment and delivery functions while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and process discipline. The Senior Manager is accountable for P&L performance, the protection of company assets, and the successful implementation of systems, processes, and strategic initiatives. Through strong leadership and change management, this role develops high-performing teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures superior service delivery across all customer touchpoints.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee all Draught Services operations across office, warehouse, keg repair centre, and remote field locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery
  • Lead warehouse, transportation, fleet, delivery, inventory, and installation operations to optimize performance, productivity, and service standards
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures, workflows, systems, and operational processes to support business performance and scalability
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, corporate policies, and operational standards, fostering a culture of safety and accountability
  • Own P&L performance, including revenue, profitability, operating expenses, inventory, payroll, and cost management
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes to achieve financial and operational objectives
  • Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and operational efficiencies across all areas of the business
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with brewers, suppliers, logistics partners, subcontractors, industry associations, and other key stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Oversee supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, service delivery, and installations, ensuring alignment and operational effectiveness
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, technical advancements, and market opportunities to identify risks, innovation, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans, including workforce planning, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs that support long-term growth and profitability
  • Provide transformational leadership by developing, coaching, and mentoring teams, leading change initiatives, and ensuring clear communication, performance expectations, and alignment with customer and market needs
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Education
  • Business degree or equivalent experience


Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in operations, logistics, or service delivery
  • Experience managing multi-site or field-based operations
  • Proven experience required in any or all of the following: warehouse management, transportation and routing, fleet management and maintenance, delivery execution and service performance, strategic planning and operational alignment
  • Project management experience, including implementation and integration of new software systems
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational technologies

Compensation
