Job Summary:

Lead operations at our largest distribution center! Working at the DC's gives you the unique opportunity of distributing and seeing all of our top gear sold at our stores before itgoes out.   • The Distribution Center (DC) Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Distribution Center operation.
  • Manage all aspects of the distribution center facility.
  • Daily and weekly meetings with staff.


Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $95,630.58 - $110,000 + 10% targeted annual bonus
  • Employment Type: Year Round
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be able to perform all aspects of the DC operations including receiving, data entry, order processing, picking, auditing, shipping, delivery, replenishment and merchandise return
  • Efficiently maintain product flow through the warehouse and processing accuracy
  • Researching and resolving warehouse-to-store issues
  • Effective performance evaluations for staff at annual intervals
  • Overall organization and maintenance of the facility
  • Accountability for all staff members (attendance, punctuality, productivity, accuracy, safety)
  • Manage delivery fleet (maintenance and upkeep)
  • Ensure safety and security of facility to include warehouse operations and delivery operations, eliminating the temptation of theft
  • Maintain all SOX compliance regulations
  • Payroll management in the facility
  • Maintain good relationships with internal warehouse staff, store management and personnel, and corporate office personnel.
  • Innovative rewards and accountability tools must be developed, maintained, and updated to keep facility staff motivated and challenged.
  • Develop hourly and salary staff members under responsibility to take on more responsibility, encourage growth within the company, and increase employee retention.
  • Effectively maintain seasonal and temporary help, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10 years experience in retail warehouse
  • 10 year supervisory experience
  • Must possess a valid US Driver's License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • English fluency
  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours, including evenings and/or weekends as needed
  • Strong understanding of business processes including retail operations, distribution and logistics operations, including inventory control and accounting practices
  • Criminal Background Check:
    • No misdemeanor possession within the past one year,
    • No misdemeanor of theft or violence within the past two years,
    • No felony of any kind within the past six years,
    • No active warrants for any offense
  • Driving Record Requirements:
    • No more than 3 violations within the last 3 years,
    • No suspended license in the last 3 years,
    • No felony traffic violation within the last 5 years,
    • No DUI in the last 5 years.
  • Spanish fluency beneficial


The expected pay range is $95,630.58 - $110,000 + 10% targeted annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
