The Role
The Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Analytics will serve as the strategic architect and delivery lead for our ServiceNow ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules while simultaneously building a world-class reporting and analytics framework. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business value, ensuring that ServiceNow isn't just a tool, but a data-driven engine that powers organizational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Lead the Rollout: Direct the phased implementation of ServiceNow modules (e.g., FSM, SOM, SPM) ensuring alignment with the business requirements.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with Beanfield Stakeholders, third-party implementation partners and ServiceNow account teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Performance Analytics Lead: Architect and oversee the deployment of ServiceNow Performance Analytics to provide real-time visibility into KPIs and trends.
- Dashboard Development: Design executive-level dashboards that translate complex operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven "bottleneck analysis" to identify process gaps and drive automation initiatives across the enterprise.
- Change Management: Act as a champion for platform adoption, developing training strategies and communication plans to minimize resistance during rollout.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Construction and Operations to ensure ServiceNow workflows are integrated and frictionless.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Telecom or a related role, preferably within the Canadian market.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of building and managing reporting suites or Business Intelligence (BI) tools within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, system deployment and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the technology, finance, or consulting industries.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
