Whatyou'llbe doing

Our Digital Product Strategy team shapes the direction of high-impact digital banking experiences by connecting client needs, business priorities, and delivery planning. As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Strategy,you'llbe a senior strategic voice on the team, owning the business case, roadmap, and initiative-level direction for some of our most complex and visible digital initiatives.You'llwork 1-3 quarters ahead of delivery to ensure Product Owners have a clear, business-justified pipeline of work to execute against. In this role,you'llleaddiscovery, define initiative framing, and create high-quality epics that set squads up for success.You'llalso partner closely with senior stakeholders to influence prioritization and investment decisions, while helping track benefits after launch. Given the scope of your mandate,you'llextend yourexpertisebeyond your home squad byadvisingadditionalinitiatives and mentoring junior and intermediate team members.

Howyou'llsucceed

  • Roadmap and business case ownership -Lead the development of squad roadmaps, business cases, and benefit forecasts for high-impact digital banking initiatives, ensuring each initiative entering the backlog is supported by a clear and measurable business rationale.

  • Discovery and initiative direction -Author andfacilitatediscovery with Product Owners and stakeholders to define business direction, journey context, and initiative framing that guide requirements and support strong delivery outcomes.

  • Epic development and quality standards -Own epics as a core deliverable by defining businessobjectives, success metrics, and scope early, whilemaintainingahigh-qualitybar for epic development across the team.

  • Stakeholder partnership and influence -Act as a primary business contact for senior stakeholders, translating delivery progress into clear business narratives andrepresentingsquad priorities in investment and prioritization discussions.

  • Benefitrealization and performance tracking -Establishkey performance indicators and success measures at the start of each initiative, then partner with analytics and measurement teams to assess results against the original business case.

  • Team contribution and mentorship -Provide guidance to other squads as needed, share best practices across the team, and coach junior and intermediate team members to strengthen overall capability.

Who you are

  • You'rean experienced digital strategy professional.You bring 7+ years of experience in business analysis, digital product strategy, or a related discipline, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.

  • You know how to turn strategy into delivery-ready work.You have a strongtrack recordof developing business cases, defining epics or similar initiative-level artifacts, and translating strategic priorities into roadmaps that delivery teams can execute with confidence.

  • You'rea strong communicator and influencer.You can build credibility with senior business stakeholders and clearly articulate, support, and defend recommendations and business cases at the executive level.

  • You bring agile delivery knowledge.You have working knowledge of agile ways of working, including Jira, epics and stories, story-writing standards, and INVEST principles, and you can apply them effectively across a multi-squad environment.

  • You'recommitted to helping othersgrow.You have experience mentoring or informally guiding colleagues and are motivated to elevate team standards, share knowledge, and support the development of emerging talent.
