GenAI Enablement Team partners with stakeholders to support GenAI use cases from inception to implementation - guiding teams through council reviews, model integration, testing, and evaluation - to ensure alignment with enterprise GenAI strategy, governance, and the safe, compliant adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.
As a Senior Manager of Product Enablement and G2M (Go to Market), you will join our team that has embarked on launching GenAI products at Amex. In this role, for driving G2M activities, ensuring appropriate governance and performance management of exciting GenAI Solutions. We work with distributed teams in a highly dynamic environment collaborating with product and technology leaders, and engineers who are passionate about our journey to build and deliver technology-powered solutions that our customers love and that works for our business.
ResponsibilitiesOn any given day, you might:- Challenge the status quo, finding ways to safely launch, monitor and experiment with emerging solutions at scale across Amex
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Amex, ensuring win-win situations that drive impactful business results while staying compliant with all necessary rules and regulations.
- Tackle complex problems and timelines, staying nimble while driving key outcomes.
- Partner with key risk and compliance stakeholders to drive efficiencies and appropriate governance of GenAI Products
- Manage global rollouts of high visibility products and capabilities
- Navigate technical nuances and business strategies to unlock value with emerging AI partners external to Amex.
- Navigate and understand a complex and rapidly evolving technology space with an open mind, creative problem solving skills, and a bias for early action
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- 5-7 years of professional product, operations, governance or related experience.
- Experience working with complex go to market or enablement activities for emerging software or payments products.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and negotiations
- Operations, governance, and performance management experience
- Bias to action, with a strong focus on driving enterprise learnings in the face of ambiguity or uncertain outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational, program management, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Generative AI products and solutions
- Passion for cutting edge technologies and excitement to tackle hard problems before there are clear solutions.
Bonus Points- Experience building, developing, integrating with and/or launching GenAI products in a highly regulated industry
