Senior Manager, Digital Platform Strategy & Execution

CVS Health | Healthspire Payor Solutions
Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Platform Strategy & Execution to lead strategy and delivery of shared digital capabilities across Healthspire’s portfolio.

This role sits at the center of business, product, technology, and clinical teams—owning how strategy translates into execution across programs. You will drive alignment across stakeholders, shape platform direction, and ensure delivery of high-impact capabilities supporting multiple products and partners.

Success in this role requires a disciplined operator—someone who brings structure, prioritization, and execution rigor to complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing demands and hard timelines.

What You’ll Do

1. Platform Strategy & Portfolio Alignment

  • Define and evolve the strategy for shared digital capabilities (e.g., assessments, engagement, workflows) across multiple programs
  • Align business priorities, clinical needs, and technical constraints into a coherent, multi-product roadmap
  • Support enterprise initiatives such as vendor integrations, platform migrations, and new program launches

2. Execution & Operational Rigor (Core to Role)

  • Own end-to-end delivery across initiatives, ensuring alignment, timelines, and dependencies are actively managed
  • Establish and drive operating cadence (roadmaps, backlog prioritization, cross-team updates, executive reporting)
  • Bring clarity to ambiguity—breaking down complex problems into actionable plans with defined ownership
  • Manage cross-functional coordination across 50+ stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure high-quality execution in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, HIPAA-compliant workflows)

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Data Science, Operations, and external vendors
  • Act as a central point of coordination across programs to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Drive decision-making and resolve tradeoffs across competing priorities

4. Product & Capability Delivery

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Oversee delivery of digital capabilities from concept through launch and optimization
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards

5. Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Interface with senior leadership to provide clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and decisions needed
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders with differing incentives and timelines
  • Ensure transparency and accountability across all workstreams

6. Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track success metrics across adoption, engagement, and operational performance
  • Identify improvement opportunities across workflows, user experience, and delivery processes
What Success Looks Like
  • Operationally excellent: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently delivers against commitments
  • Structured problem solver: Breaks down ambiguity into clear priorities, plans, and decisions
  • Strong owner: Drives outcomes across teams without direct authority
  • Effective communicator: Provides clear, executive-ready updates and aligns stakeholders quickly
  • Execution-focused: Balances near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability
Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management or platform delivery roles
  • 5+ years of direct team management experience
  • 5+ years working in technology space with a focus on healthcare

Preferred

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of driving execution across multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or population health platforms
  • Experience with platform/shared capabilities vs. single-product ownership
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, clinical workflows)
  • Experience working with external vendors, integrations, or SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, product development, and UX principles
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience
Why This Role
  • Own and shape enterprise-level digital capabilities supporting multiple programs
  • Drive high-visibility, cross-portfolio initiatives with direct leadership exposure
  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and execution in a complex healthcare environment
  • Deliver meaningful impact on patient outcomes at scale
