OverviewThe Senior Manager, Digital Integration Services provides day-to-day leadership for integration delivery teams supporting customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Manages the execution of integration projects, ensures work is properly planned and resourced, and maintains delivery discipline across active initiatives. Supports intake, prioritization, scheduling, and issue resolution while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach. The role develops team capabilities, drives process improvements, and maintains reporting routines that provide visibility into delivery status, risks, and outcomes. Ensures integration programs are properly prioritized, resourced, planned, executed, measured, and continuously improved and will lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Integration Delivery Execution:• Manage day-to-day execution of integration projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. • Support intake, planning, resource assignment, testing, deployment, and transition activities. • Ensure integration projects follow a defined lifecycle including intake, scope definition, planning, resource assignment, execution.
- Project Coordination & Resource Alignment:• Coordinate project managers, technical resources, and business contributors to meet delivery priorities. • Maintain clarity of ownership, dependencies, and schedules across multiple initiatives. • Assign and align project-level resources... ensuring priorities, ownership, dependencies, and timelines are clearly defined.
- Risk, Issue & Stakeholder Management:• Monitor project risks, delays, and constraints. • Escalate issues appropriately and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure expectations and outcomes are aligned. • Manage project volume, schedules, risks, dependencies, delays, escalations.
- .team Leadership & Development:• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members. Reinforce accountability, collaboration, and customer service orientation.• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- process Improvement & Reporting:• Support continuous improvement of integration delivery practices, reporting routines, and operating models. Maintain dashboards and metrics that communicate project status, risks, and throughput.• Evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities... develop and communicate reporting and metrics.

- The wage range for this position is $169,990.00 - $254,990.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Qualifications
Education• Bachelor's Degree related to technology, business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field (required) • Master's Degree (preferred)
Experience• 10+ years in logistics, transportation, systems, integration, or related business experience required (required) • 5+ years in management experience leading teams in a business or technology environment (required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Experience supporting customer, vendor, or enterprise integration programs (EDI, API, portals, system connectivity) Medium• Ability to manage project priorities, schedules, risks, and dependencies Medium• Must have strong communication skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and buliding business partnership skills Medium• Ability to direct work, assign resources, and drive results Medium• Experience with project lifecycle governance and stakeholder communication Medium• Customer-service orientation and continuous improvement mindset Medium• Ability to maintain reporting, metrics, dashboards, and KPIs Medium• Aptitude to learn unfamiliar systems and technologies Medium• Subject matter expertise in logistics operations, business systems, or integration delivery Medium
