OverviewThe Global Business Systems Manager – Special Projects & Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) supports global initiatives that span business systems, operational readiness, and organizational change. This role is business-facing and project oriented, serving as a key liaison between Global Business Systems, business stakeholders, and functional partners. The position focuses on special project, M&A, Organic Growth and/or Real Estate relocations integration readiness, cross-functional project coordination, and enabling standardized, scalable business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Global Business Systems representative for mergers & acquisitions, organic growth and relocations,supporting discovery, integration planning, setup & configuration, pre & post go-live execution. Support CargoWise Business Systems when no M&A's are active.
- Coordinate system-related workstreams for M&A activities, including timelines, dependencies, communication,and readiness planning and execution.
- Lead or support cross-functional special projects that impact enterprise business systems, processes, andorganizational change.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering high-level businessrequirements and translating them into actionable inputs.
- Support business readiness, training coordination, and adoption activities related to system changes andintegrations.
- Maintain documentation, governance artifacts, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of M&Aand project playbooks.
- Support the continuous improvement on M&A integration processes
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Global Business Systems integration templates and governance frameworks
- Performs other duties as assigned

- The wage range for this position is $127,720.00-$191,580.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Qualifications
Education 6 High School (required) 6 Some College/Associate's Degree Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
Experience 6 5+ years Experience working with enterprise business systems or technology-enabled business processes (required) and 6 3+ years Cross-functional project, transformation, or M&A integration experience (required) and 6 5+ years Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain environments (required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 6 Cross-functional project and program coordination. High 6 Business systems and process understanding. High 6 Risk identification and issue management.
