The OpportunityAdobe's Deal Desk organization is at an inflection point. Reporting directly to the global leader of Deal Desk, you will build and lead capabilities fundamental to how we operate. You will own our critical initiative portfolio, define how we apply AI across the function, and build the insights and reporting capabilities leaders use to run the business. You will have meaningful ownership and a voice in developing both the strategy and operating model of the organization. What You'll Do- Own the Deal Desk critical initiative portfolio: Prioritize and sequence the initiatives that advance our goals, while creating clear visibility, ownership, and accountability.
- Set and implement our AI strategy: Identify where AI can meaningfully improve how we support deals and operate as a global function, drive adoption of the right solutions, and measure results.
- Build and lead our reporting and insights capability: Develop the dashboards and analytics that leaders depend on, including hands-on reporting and analysis as the capability grows.
- Turn strategy into execution: Help shape transformation efforts from the initial vision through the execution plan, operating model, and accountability needed to deliver.
- Build across boundaries: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and other teams to develop strategies and solutions that work end to end.
- Build and grow a distributed team: Hire thoughtfully, mentor openly, set clear expectations, and develop the team as the capability grows.
In Your First YearSuccess in your first year will mean turning the vision into capabilities the organization can see, use, and rely on. You will:
- Build the reporting foundation. Stand up the reporting function and launch the visual tools and insights leaders use to understand performance and run the business.
- Move AI from strategy to everyday work. Define the AI roadmap, prioritize the highest-value opportunities, and put the first solutions into daily use.
- Build a clear operating rhythm for critical initiatives. Bring the Deal Desk initiative portfolio onto a single cadence with clear priorities, ownership, progress, and accountability.
- Start building the team. Hire your first team members and establish how the team operates, partners, and delivers.
What You Need to Succeed- Degree or at least 8 years of experience deemed equivalent.
- Strong reporting and analytics experience, including building dashboards and writing queries with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Experience designing and scaling new processes or operating models, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear priorities and move between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or emerging technology to improve how work gets done.
- Experience building and developing teams, partnering across functions, and communicating complex ideas clearly with senior collaborators.
Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience, or specific skills in data analytics, AI, or business strategy.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,200 - $223,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
