ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoAs a Senior Manager, Data Science, you will lead the development of
next-generation decision science solutions that power Expense Management growth and customer engagement strategies.
You will:- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to optimize customer targeting, eligibility, and propensity segmentation
- Drive end-to-end data science solutions-from problem framing and feature engineering to model deployment and performance monitoring
- Enhance commercial data ecosystems, identifying new data signals and features that unlock incremental business value
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions
- Influence acquisition and engagement strategies through data-driven insights and experimentation
- Champion model governance and responsible AI practices, ensuring models meet enterprise risk and compliance standards
- Communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders, shaping decision-making with actionable insights

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or advanced analytics, ideally in financial services or a related industry
- Proven ability to apply modern machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Solid understanding of data mining, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
Preferred Qualifications- Master's or PhD in a quantitative field
- Experience building and deploying models in production environments
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer targeting, or credit/risk modeling
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
