Position Summary...Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. This role requires expertise in data quality management, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. What you'll do...- Identify and evaluate data sources to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.

- Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries to communicate insights effectively.
- Solid understanding of business metrics, data governance, and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and security.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
