AI & Process Automation: Driving continuous process improvements by championing AI-driven architecture, IT enhancements, and BOT opportunities to automate manual tasks and build robust analytics tools.
Technical Project Management: Managing programs and projects from initiation through delivery, focusing on data-informed legacy network migrations and telco cost-savings initiatives (grooms, disconnects, and conversions).
Strategic Advisory: Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner, utilizing data insights to facilitate effective decision-making, operational readiness, and governance.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Leading diverse teams (Planning, Implementation, Field Technicians, Project Managers) to meet schedules, mitigate risks, and resolve production issues through technical best practices.
Executive Communication: Managing the team's "brand" by ensuring cohesive communication, acting as a final checkpoint for data-backed executive presentations, messaging, and operational updates delivered to senior leaders.
Resource & Budget Oversight: Overseeing plans and budgets, aligning key stakeholders, and implementing governance based on analytical forecasting and organizational priorities.
