What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Data Analytics, to join our Data Content and Modeling team. This role focuses on documenting data requirements, identifying gaps, and supporting the registration, ingestion, and consumption of datasets to meet business needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance overall data quality and governance.

What will you do?
  • Document data requirements and identify gaps in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Standardize data across multiple domains, ensuring consistency in formats and definitions.
  • Develop and maintain data catalogs using industry-standard tools to improve data discoverability and transparency.
  • Define data formats and integration processes to support standardized reporting and system interoperability.
  • Map system lineage, data flows, and control points to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to design target operating models and implement robust data governance practices.
  • Analyze data quality issues and recommend solutions to enhance accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to prioritize tasks, track progress, and align with project goals.


What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, system analysis, and process implementation.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, system administration, or data governance roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to create entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs).
  • Familiarity with database models, data mapping, and integration techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).


Nice-to-have:
  • Postgraduate certification in data management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of industry data standards (e.g., ISO 20022, FpML, CDM).
  • Advanced understanding of change management and business process optimization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $120,000-$200,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
