Full Job Description
As the Senior Manager for Data, Analytics & Insights, you will own and architect Global Procurement's data-driven future. You will design and execute a forward-thinking strategy that embeds insight-led performance across all procurement domains, including spend, suppliers, ESG and risk.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide the development of advanced analytical models and dynamic dashboards to deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will also lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and continuous learning to attract and retain best-in-class talent.
What you will do
• Own and execute the end-to-end Procurement Data & Analytics Strategy, aligned to Global Procurement and KPMGI priorities, with a clear multi-year roadmap covering, but not limited to spend, sourcing, contracts, suppliers, risk, and value realization
• Design and govern a scalable procurement analytics ecosystem, integrating ERP, S2P, contract lifecycle, supplier, risk, and external market data into a single, trusted insight layer.
• Design and deliver a best-in-class procurement insight suite, including executive dashboards, self-service analytics, and role-based reporting
• Act as a strategic thought partner to Global Procurement leadership, Global Finance and other cross functional teams shaping decisions through insight-led narratives rather than static reports.
• Translate complex analytics into compelling, actionable stories, tailored to senior executives, category leaders, and operational teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and champion emerging analytics technologies, including AI-enabled insights, automation, and advanced visualization, ensuring pragmatic adoption that delivers measurable value
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing analytics team, setting a clear vision, raising the bar on technical and strategic capability, and fostering continuous learning.
