Responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-focused, data-driven marketing leader who can:
  • Lead the Customer Media Strategy: Own and advance the GCS Customer Media strategy, defining the vision, roadmap, and priorities for how media can be used to engage customers across the lifecycle and drive incremental value.
  • Champion SBO Needs & Insights: Develop a deep understanding of SBO needs, behaviors, and motivations and translate those insights into actionable media strategies. Represent the SBO perspective in cross-functional forums to help advance the broader GCS customer treatment set and deliver more relevant customer experiences.

  • Execute Flawlessly: Lead execution of the Customer Media roadmap, ensuring campaigns and treatments are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with the appropriate measurement, billing, and tracking infrastructure in place.
