Full Job Description
How We LEAD:

The Senior Manager, Creator is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural impact. This role will manage creator relations end to end from strategy, outreach, reporting & execution.

How You'll CREATE:

Campaign Strategy & Planning
  • Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned with brand, product, or release objectives
  • Identify the right mix of creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
  • Build campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverable frameworks


Influencer & Talent Management
  • Source, vet, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and compensation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle


Execution & Operations
  • Oversee campaign execution from briefing to final post delivery
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform best practices
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment


Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, sentiment)
  • Prepare post-campaign reports and insights with clear recommendations
  • Optimize campaigns in real time based on performance data


Trend & Platform Expertise
  • Stay current on influencer trends, platform updates, and creator culture
  • Identify emerging creators and new partnership opportunities
  • Advise teams on best practices and innovative influencer formats
