Job Description

Reporting to the Director, SBS and Commercial Products, the Senior Manager, Corporate Solutions will lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of a portfolio of B2B Corporate Solutions, including card and non-card payment products.

This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through product strategy, value proposition enhancements, portfolio optimization, and successful commercialization. The successful candidate will combine strong product management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across Sales, Account Development, Operations, Risk, and other key stakeholders.

As a highly visible leader, this individual will partner with commercial teams to support client opportunities, enable frontline colleagues through product communications and training, and lead the successful rollout of strategic initiatives across the organization. Success requires the ability to influence without direct authority, navigate complexity, and drive adoption of change across multiple stakeholder groups.

The role also includes people leadership responsibilities, fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment focused on growth, accountability, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of a portfolio of B2B Corporate Solutions, including Corporate Purchasing Card, Business Travel Account, Buyer Initiated Payments, and vPayment.
  • Continuously evolve the Product Line Strategy, balancing business objectives, client needs, operational considerations, and market requirements to deliver profitable growth and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Serve as the primary product partner to Corporate Sales and Account Development teams, supporting client opportunities, product enablement, and successful commercialization of portfolio initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and successful adoption.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, development, empowerment, and a commitment to inclusion and collaboration.


Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, product management, or portfolio management activities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian B2B payments landscape, including card-based and alternative payment solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies from concept through commercialization, delivering measurable business results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering effectively across Sales, Account Development, Relationship Management, and other matrixed teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading change, influencing without direct authority, and driving alignment across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people leadership capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and develop high-performing teams.
