Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Corporate Development plays a key role in identifying, evaluating and advancing strategic growth opportunities across the PGA TOUR. Working closely with senior leadership, this position conducts market research, financial and business analysis, evaluates new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, develops executive recommendations and supports strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, corporate development, business development, investment banking or related roles within sports, media, entertainment or adjacent industries
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, partnerships, transactions or organizational growth initiatives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including advanced experience developing executive-level materials, strategic analyses and financial models utilizing PowerPoint, Excel and related business tools
  • Financial and analytical acumen with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with external advisors, consultants, investment bankers or strategic partners preferred
  • Strong business judgment, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience within sports, media, entertainment or technology organizations preferred
