Full Job Description
Responsible for integrating new technology into current ShotLink processes and troubleshooting potential issues/solutions in the field. Test new technology and prototypes in the field, manage technology vendor relationships and serve as the point of contact for technical issues. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree required • Five years of related experience is required • Understanding of networking, servers and operating systems is required • Extensive travel required; teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness; ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects; ability to work cooperatively with a variety of individuals; excellent communication skills • Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES • Oversee the camera build team and ensure all specifications are met; serve as the point of contact for technical issues and questions • Manage the relationship with technology vendors and is responsible for equipment replacement. Ensure that vendors have proper staffing for tournaments. Also supports operations with current and new technology • Test new technology and prototypes for feasibility of use in field. Work with Information Systems to determine how it can be successful • Generate reports about the technology; document successes and issues as well as changes that need to occur • Act as the point of contact for servers, power, internet and equipment • Responsible for technical, operational documentation and reports, as well as, assets documentation and truck logistic schedules • Special projects or other duties as assigned
